Forty knots plus, howling so hard it blew down a bush in my garden...
Managed to get a good sail at Southbourne with Coxy, some really good sized waves coming in, quite sideshore and a more moderate 4.7 weather.
So I have been thinking of getting a 4 finned board, most likely one of the Simmer Quantum Quads, and probably in 75 litre size. I haven't actually had a 75 litre waveboard for a long while, so I am quite keen to try out some of the more modern shapes. Coxy lent me his Quatro 75 to try out and I have to say I really like the quad feel, loads of control and grip which is what I like. Despite my initial scepticism, I'm quite excited.
